Meditation

Simply becoming still

At its core, meditation means not adding anything: not interfering, not improving, not reacting.

When inner pressure decreases, a form of quietness appears naturally.

Not forced silence – but one that emerges on its own.

Receptivity instead of effort

In this quietness, something essential becomes possible: a state of openness or receptivity.

This is often overlooked. People try to create meditation, instead of noticing what happens when they do less

What changes

When this state is experienced regularly:

  • thinking becomes clearer

  • the body relaxes

  • reactions lose intensity

Not through technique, but because there is less resistance.

How we work at the Atelier

At the Bewusstseinsatelier, meditation is not a fixed method.

It is about:

  • finding simple access points

  • experiencing quietness directly

  • and recognizing a state that does not require effort

Many people try to meditate by doing something: focusing, controlling thoughts, or trying to “be calm.” This often leads to effort.

There is another approach.

Meditation does not begin with control – but with a reduction of inner resistance.

In the body, this resistance appears as tension.

In the mind, as constant thinking.

In the emotional field, as restlessness or reaction.

These movements do not need to be fought.
